To request a program:
1. Call 341.4225 or e-mail healthed@mst.edu at
least 2 weeks in advance.
2. Provide the following info: date of program, type or
title of program, location, estimated number
in attendance, organization name, special requests,
and contact's name and number.
3. A Missouri S&T TECH or the health educator will follow-up
to confirm the program.
4. Cancellation or rescheduling must be done via
phone 24 hours in advance.
